Welcome to DreamAppy, a creative and reflective platform designed to help users explore, record, and better understand their dreams.

By accessing or using DreamAppy (the “Service”), including any associated website, mobile application, or content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

DreamAppy is owned and operated by Russell Scott-Skinner, CEO and Founder (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These records are not publicly visible and cannot be accessed by other users.

DreamAppy does not send emails on your behalf, contact people mentioned in your dreams, or access your personal email accounts.

DreamAppy only stores the minimum data required to operate the Service — specifically:

- Your user profile (name, email, basic identification)

- Your dream entries and reflections

- Your personal app settings

All data remains private and is stored in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent global standards.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

5. Use of the Service

DreamAppy provides digital tools to help you record, reflect on, and creatively explore your dreams.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You must not misuse the platform, attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt functionality, or use it to harass or harm others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

6. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of any dreams, text, reflections, or personal information (“User Content”) you enter into DreamAppy.

By submitting content, you grant DreamAppy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process your content solely to operate the app.

We will never publicly share, sell, or distribute identifiable User Content without your explicit consent.

7. Monetisation & Future Payment Structure

DreamAppy is currently completely free.

As the platform grows, operational costs may increase.

If needed, we may introduce optional premium features or a small subscription model.

Users will be notified clearly before any changes.

A free version will always remain available.

8. Health, Well-Being & Safety Disclaimer

DreamAppy is a creative and reflective tool, not a medical or psychological service.

All prompts and summaries are for general informational purposes only.

9. Interpretation & Opinion Disclaimer
